Our Approach
Here at Body Mechanix we strive not just for pain relief but rather life transformation. We want you to be able to do what you want to do, when you want to do it, and not be limited by what your body can or can’t do. That is why we’re dedicated to one-on-one treatment with a Doctor of Physical Therapy. You’ll never just sit on a hot pack or pull stretchy bands while a tech counts reps for you. Each session will be packed with treatments you can replicate at home or in the gym so you not only feel good leaving the clinic but are able to keep that feeling all the way to your next session where we take you to the next step in your transformation.

Movement is the best medicine for most of the injuries and pain that we treat. We start by finding the specific movement or exercise that best gets rid of your complaint. We then follow it up with an individualized program to prevent it from coming back. Whether for therapy or performance, my over 15 years of experience in strength and conditioning can get you where you want to go.

Risk Assessment
Our 10 point movement screen is designed to find areas of weakness or mobility loss that are keeping you from your fitness/athletic goals or a source of future injury. Usually the source of pain or injury is the victim of problems somewhere else or comes from the neglected parts of your training. Then you get an immediately actionable plan to target what we found.
