Pumped to present my first ever podcast episode where I was a guest on the F3Nation podcast Hunt for Wellness. In this episode, I talk with Dr. Tunis Hunt about easily accessible strategies for active people to not only get out in front of potential injuries but also to naturally recover from exercise, runs, or the occasional injury.

As Dr. Hunt and I are both in F3(Fitness-Fellowship-Faith), you might hear some terms that are unique to our organization. F3 exists to plant, grow, and serve men's small workout groups for the invigoration of male community leadership and we have 5 core principles that each workout has: We're Free, Open to all Men, Held outdoors(rain or shine), Peer Led, and always end in a COT. Dr. Brandon is the owner and a Physio at Body Mechanix Physiotherapy and Fitness. Four of his favorite people call him daddy while he's been married to his other favorite person for 20 years.
